Q. When will I receive The Black Box?

A. The Black Box is shipped on a quarterly basis. The Black Box will ship in the Spring (last week of March), Summer (last week of June), Fall (last week of September), and Winter (last week of December).

Q. How do I know which seasonal release of The Black Box I’ll receive?

A. The *Spring release will ship to all subscribers who purchased their subscription before February 17th. The Summer release will ship to all subscribers who purchased their subscription before June 17th. The Fall release will ship to all subscribers who purchased their subscription before September 17th. The Winter release will ship to all subscribers who purchased their subscription before December 17th

*NOTE the purchase period for the Spring 2019 release has been extended to March 17, 2019, to celebrate the launch of The Black Box! The Black Box seasonal release schedule will resume as detailed above, following March 17, 2019. 

Q. When will I be charged for my subscription?

A. If you have selected the Quarterly subscription plan, your payment method on file will be automatically charged, every 3 months, following the day of your initial purchase. If you have selected the Annual subscription plan, your payment method on file will be automatically charged, every 12 months, following the day of your initial purchase. 

Q. How do I update my address?

A. To update your address, click here to login to your PayPal account. Once logged in, click the settings icon next to “Logout.” Next, select “Payments,” then “Automatic” payments. From there, select “The Black Box,” and update your address.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. To cancel your subscription, click here to login to your PayPal account. Once logged in, click the settings icon next to “Logout.” Next, select “Payments,” then “Automatic” payments. From there, select “The Black Box,” and proceed to cancel.

Please note that cancellation requests received within 14 days prior to the scheduled shipping dates below will NOT take effect until the next seasonal release period:

  • 2019 Spring release will ship the week of Monday, March 25, 2019: Cancellation deadline 3/11
  • 2019 Summer release will ship the week of Monday, June 24, 2019: Cancellation deadline 6/10
  • 2019 Fall release will ship the week of Monday, September 23, 2019: Cancellation deadline 9/9
  • 2019 Winter release will ship the week of Monday, December 23, 2019: Cancellation deadline 12/9

Q. If I cancel my subscription, will I get a refund?

A. To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be made within 14 days of your initial purchase or current renewal date. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your initial purchase or current renewal date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

Once your request is received, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Q. What can I do if I am dissatisfied with The Black Box product(s)?

A. If you are dissatisfied with any of the product(s) received, please do not send your purchase back to the original retailer. We strive to make The Black Box experience as seamless as possible for every subscriber. Please send an email to customerservice@gettheblackbox.com with the subject, “Dissatisfied,” and include a detailed description of your complaint, along with the best way to contact you. A member of our team will follow up within 48 hours to resolve.
