Q. When will I receive The Black Box?
A. The Black Box ships to all customers at the same time, on a quarterly basis. The Spring Release ships the last week of March; the Summer Release ships the last week of June; the Fall Release ships the last week of September; and the Winter Release ships the last week of December.
Q. How do I know which seasonal release of The Black Box I’ll receive?
A. The Black Box is released once per quarter to all active subscribers and those who have purchased the single release, in accordance with our 2025 order windows:
- The Fall order window ends August 31st. The Fall Release will ship to all subscribers who purchased their subscription on or before August 31st.
- The Winter order window is September 1st through November 30th. The Winter Release will ship to all subscribers who purchased their subscription on or before November 30th.
Q. When will I be charged for my subscription?
A. If you have selected the Quarterly subscription plan, your payment method on file will be automatically charged every 3 months, on the same day of the month as your initial purchase. Those who have purchased The Black Box as a single purchase will be charged only once, on the day of purchase.
Q. How do I reschedule, pause, or skip an upcoming subscription?
A. Manage your subscription by clicking here. You can reschedule your payment date(s), pause your subscription, or skip an upcoming renewal charge.
Q. What can I do if I am dissatisfied with The Black Box product(s)?
A. If you are dissatisfied with any of the product(s) received, please do not send your purchase back to the original retailer. We strive to make The Black Box experience as seamless as possible for every subscriber.
Send an email to customerservice@gettheblackbox.com with the subject, “Dissatisfied,” and include a detailed description of your complaint, along
with the best way to contact you. A member of our team will follow up with you within 72 hours.

**IMPORTANT**
Cancellation requests received WITHIN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO the scheduled shipping dates below, will NOT take effect until the next release period. As a result, you may still receive any purchases already paid for.
- The Fall 2025 Release will ship the week of September 29, 2025. If you cancel after September 14, 2025, you will still receive the Fall 2025 Release.
- The Winter 2025 Release will ship the week of December 29, 2025. If you cancel after December 14, 2025, you will still receive the Winter 2025 Release.
Q. If I cancel my subscription, will I get a refund?
A. When a subscription is cancelled, The Black Box assumes this action has been taken to stop the renewal process. As a result, you will receive any release that has been paid for.
To be eligible for a refund, order cancellations must be made within 14 days of your initial purchase or within 14 days of your subscription renewal date if applicable. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your initial purchase date or current renewal date, we cannot offer you a refund.
Please email customerservice@gettheblackbox.com with any refund requests. Once a refund is processed, you will no longer receive the next scheduled, seasonal release.
