Cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the subscription deadline for the current quarter (2019/2020 deadlines are – Spring | March 17th; Summer | June 17th; Fall | September 17th; Winter | December 17th). Cancellation requests received within 14 days of the purchase deadline will not take effect until the following quarter.
